Official Apocalypse Topic

Re: Official Apocalypse Topic
I am guessing that the Screamscape rumor have some truth to it with the delay of the opening. It seems that the track is up and complete by now but the station needs work for it to begin testing. I will know more when I am at SFGam this Saturday but I am pretty sure Iron Wolf's station is still here, left over from Z-Force's old station.

Someone on TPR has posted images from Apocalypse's theming plans, which include a crashed airplane and helicopter.

This also explains more theming elements going into the ride.

Everything looks/sounds pretty good for a Six Flags attraction.

Re: Official Apocalypse Topic
Originally it was supposed to open later this month. Now they are saying early summer, which summer technically starts June 20. So most likely after that...

Testing looked really good from the videos.

Re: Official Apocalypse Topic
I went today im a season pass holder the ride is quite rough not mind eraser rough but it is rough it was fun though the effects reminded me of the wooden apocalypse at magic mountain. The fire is a cool effect. Season Pass holders its open for you ......sometimes.......its a soft opening it can close unexpectantly.

Re: Official Apocalypse Topic
So I just realized this is just iron wolf from Six Flags Great America? Six Flags is denfinently marketing this as a new ride even though it is actually B&M's first roller coaster dating back to 1990 with a new paint job and theme..i honestly had no idea.
