One thing I've tried is dragging my mom on coasters with me.
This can turn out really well if you're looking for some comedy.

Some she loves, but some she swears like a sailor on.
So far she's been on-
Rebel Yell (in the 70's-80's, then in 2008) she had her hands up the whole time
Ricochet (since it opened) she doesn't really care for it
Backlot (since it opened)
Volcano (2008... it was really funny to listen to her and watch the on-ride video) She was cussing throughout the whole ride, she didn't like it
Dominator (2008, she loved it) she cussed on the lift but had her hands up for the rest
Loch Ness Monster (2008, "It took me 30 years to ride that friggin thing, but I liked it!") she was cussing throughout, but still had fun
Big Bad Wolf (1984, when it opened) don't know much about this for her
Apollo's Chariot (2008, she loves it) she had her hands up the whole time.

Just gotta love when you drag your coaster-hating mother on a coaster with you.

I just looked outside, and there was a horse walking in someones yard! And it's unattended! There's like a wild horse in my neighborhood.

I just got back from a wonderful day with my g/f Sara and spent the day with the coastercrew at busch gardens. I did some rides and rode Griffon with Clint for the 1st time. What a wonderful day!

Glad BG was fun!! I was still sick - back and forth laying down. Sad Sad Sad Too bad my hubby doesn't know you guys - he could have went today and hung out with y'all! Smile You could have had your own 6' 11" bodyguard all day to protect you on the rides!! Smile Smile

Was the park crowded? It was such a nice day.

The park wasn't crowded at all. Griffon had a 10 min wait in the afternoon and we waited 20 mins for the front row later on. Alpengeist was a walk on by closing and I got 2 rides in a row without getting off on that, I was there for the 2nd to last ride of the day for that. Apollos Chariot was about 10-15 mins and all the other rides had little to no wait at all. Darkcastle had about a 10 min wait later in the afternoon. Clint has photos on his camera from the day, they were open but you could only get in if you bought a season pass because it was season pass holder preview day. 89.95 for a 1 yr pass wasn't a bad deal and I couldn't pass it up. I also talked my g/f into buying a pass at the last minute and she bought one under the ezpay program.

I'm allergic to cats. My brother has a cat. I don't seem to be too allergic to her - unless I touch her...I think that's weird.

I forget how much I like Ritz crackers until I eat some.

who invented the concept of paying bills? This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. I can think of much better ways to spend our money.....

Bills are only going to be higher with Obama as our president.
