Wildcat really doesent seem rough at all for me with the new trains but you have to remember that it was GCI's first coaster and Lightning Racer was a top ten woodie.
I still love it though and ive ridden it up to 3-4 times in a row with no headache.

To be more like the Lighting Racer Wildcat would need a full retrack I think. The ride ran for years very mild. Realize, I like the wild cat as is rides now. I like it a little on the wild side. When Wild cat first opened I thought of it as a big kiddie coaster it was so smooth. We all have things we like in coasters and things we do not. Wild cat as it rides today is my number one wood coaster out of Kings Dominion and Hersheypark. I love the ride as it is now.

I am a fan of Kings Dominion past. I have a sight that has many old shows from the parks early years also have 4 videos that show Kings Dominion History that I have produced over the years. http://www.youtube.com/user/KDFanPre91

Yeah Fahrenheit is pretty awesome, especially in the front seat.
Great Bear is one of my favorite B&Ms just cause i grew up riding it but i must say that having two GCI coasters is pretty special.

Storm Runner is too short of a ride. IMO

Great Bear is pretty good, but I think Alpengist is better than Great Bear, but it is rather amazing how they fit Great Bear into the landscape they were given to build it on

and your ready to get off the ride and take the merry-go round...
You change your mind, throw you hands in the air
and ride the roller coaster all over again."

My favorite coaster there is Storm Runner. It's short, but it packs quite a punch...going there for Springtime in The Park this weekend. :-)

I've been Intimidated...have you!

Fahrenheit is decent, but not a fan of its "gimmicky" lift.

Storm Runner is short of amazing until your head meets OTSRs during the upward back-and-forth thing...

Great Bear equals the square root of stink. The first half is great, then... not so much else.

SuperDooperLooper. All the Schwartzkopfs I've ridden are smooth and forceful. This wasn't much of either.

Wildcat, taken credit I rode while it still had PTCs (I didn't ride in 2008) and it was slightly on the rough side. Not too bad. probably better not it has Millennium Flyers.

Lightning Race is probably the best coaster in the park without a doubt. It's smooth, great transitions, good airtime, and ride pacing is breathtaking. I look forward to riding it again in future years.

The need for speed is NOT a habit nor occupation, It's an Addiction!

^I think wild cat is way better now with the flier trains than the old ones.
I love lightning racer but it would be better if Lightning didn't win 90% of the time

I went last Fall around Halloween and there was no one there! It was walk on for Great Bear and Fahrenheit, storm runner was closed for some reason. Anyone know why it would have been closed? It was the middle of October and it wasn't cold.

Bump:
Visited Hershey yesterday and i got about 100 pics and two videos
If you are on facebook, go to the "I heart coasters" page to check them out

MY DAY

My first ride of the day was Fahrenheit. As usual the line was pretty long and we waited about 45 minutes. When i was 3 away from getting to ride they asked for a single rider and told me i could ride again with my friends when i got off. So i ended up getting a back seat and front seat ride within 3 minutes. Big Grin I must say its pretty great ride.

Storm Runner went down about three times throughout the day. Two breaks and once for weather. I was only able to ride twice but both times were amazing! My last ride on it was in the front car. This is defiantly the place to be. In the zero degree roll into the pull out i was completely out of my seat  The turns at the end can be painful but if you know how to ride it they arnt too bad.

Great Bear...what a a great invert! Ive rode this so many times. It was my favorite before Storm Runner and Fahrenheit came out and is now in a three way tie. The helix at the beginning and the four inversions are amazing. It still amazes me to this day that they found a way to fit the Great Bear in that spot. This is also one of the loudest b&m's out there because of lack of sand in the supports. Got to love that roar!

When i visited Hershey in the fall i didnt get a chance to ride Comet or Lightning Racer. I made sure to get on them both this time around! Comet gave me a surprise. I hadn't rode it in over two years and i forgot how loose you are in the seats! When you don't tighten your seat belt all the way you get amazing airtime. I was flung completely off my butt several times  Lightning racer was still awesome as ever as well. Back seat and front are both amazing for airtime! However i did notice a pretty big increase in roughness since the last time i rode it. Nothing bad but defiantly notable.

I noticed Wild Cat had gotten its entire first drop retracked! Too bad they didnt do more its been real rough lately.... but not nearly as bad as when it had the PTC trains haha.

Ive been to Hershey to many times to count but its still great each time you go there! The atmosphere and coasters are superb! One of my favorite parks.
