I guess Cedar Fair could try and weather the storm, and I agree that Apollo should offer more money for Cedar Fair, but I guess I can't see it from a stockholders prospective.

From a business perspective I believe in my opinion that the deal did not go through due to many things at stake that Apollo did not want to be a part of. If you look at the massive debt that CF has, and I am saying this because it is fact, that they made the decision to not make a merger deal to invest in the company as the way the economy is currently at the moment. I would predict that further into the future say around 3-4 years that we could see the company make a rebound and possibly make some investor decisions to help the company continue to grow and increase its financial gains.
